Spraying

I hold the relevant NPTC qualifications that allow me to purchase, store and apply pesticides and herbicides that are only available to those with a licence.
I have in stock and can apply a variety of treatments:

– Foliar acting herbicide – will kill plants actively growing.
– Residual herbicide – will stay active in the soil for a period to prevent growth following germination.
– Selective herbicide – mainly used on lawns to kill broadleaved weeds whilst not harming lawn. We also carry a selective that can control nettles, brambles etc without damaging grass.
– CRF fertiliser – Controlled Release Fertiliser for lawns or borders that can last up to 9 months, depending on product.

I also offer control of invasive species such as Japanese Knot Weed and Mare’s tail / horsetail.

A wide range of chemicals in the above categories are stocked.
Other uses and pesticides can easily be obtained.

Application is by either knapsack sprayer or, for large areas an atv mounted sprayer is used.
