We offer contracts at various service levels, each individually tailored to suit exactly the needs of your particular situation.

Typically regular maintenance contracts are calculated by totalling the required works for each calender year and dividing by 12 to give a set monthly amount. This means that budgeting is easier, for both parties. You know exactly what you are being charged for, and know that work specified will be done.

We currently maintain grounds for resident associations, factories, churches and large homes.
